I've got visitors at the house at the moment so have to wait until later to plug in. I may eventually replace the white guard with a black or tortoise shell. It was easy to remove the 'E' from the pick guard (I used a little Goo Gone to get off the sticky residue). If I look really close I can see very small imperfections around the F-holes, but that's really picking nits I like the Natural finish just fine - 'fit and finish' are excellent. The stock tuners may be fine for keeping the guitar in tune though - I'll a need some time to assess that. I'd prefer vintage keystone tuners, so I may replace them at some point.

I'm not a fan of the look of the chrome button tuners. I put on a slippery strap to check the balance and it's a little neck heavy, so I'll use a strap with some friction as I did with the Dot. I lowered the action just a little, but the neck is very straight so I don't think I'll adjust it. I often reached for the Dot instead of my PRS solid body for that reason, but now the Coupe will be my first choice. As I was hoping the Coupe has a lot of natural volume. I restrung it with EB Super Slinky 9s and played it for a while unplugged.
